DEPOSITS

​

A 50% advance payment toward the scheduled treatment charge is required upon booking. 

 
NEW CLIENTS 

​

New clients will require a colour patch test before carrying out any colour service. You may be asked to attend a 15-minute pre-appointment consultation to enable us to discuss your requirements and allow me to suggest the most appropriate service.

 
CANCELLATION POLICY

​

Cancellation up to 72 hours before the date of the appointment will incur no charge. Cancellation within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled cost. Within 24 hours of the appointment 100% of the scheduled cost is liable, as it will be if the appointment is not kept. An email/text reminder will be sent to you 120 hours in advance of your appointment. 

 
CHANGE OF SCHEDULED SERVICES

INDI Hair Studio will not issue price adjustments/refunds for change of mind on the day or within 48 hours of your appointment.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

​

INDI Hair Studio retains the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to frequent cancellations, lateness or failure to comply with the policies.
